I cannot comprehend. Seriously. Women spend an excessive time in front of the mirror. OK, I do look at myself in the mirror too but it's just for necessity. I look at myself in the mirror to make sure there isn't a huge pimple that might just be mistaken for a bindhi or worse, a birth mark. Or I make sure there isn't any vegetable or black pepper stuck on my teeth. Otherwise, it's just amazing how women spend that much time in front of the mirror plastering their faces with chemicals of all kinds.
All right! I admit it - I'm lazy! I cannot be bothered to plaster my face with colour and chemicals. I'd rather spend that extra time in bed each morning than to stand in front of the mirror trying to figure out the mix and match of colours and chemical on my face/skin. I will never wake up earlier just to put on make up. Sleep is too important to me. Heh! *oink*
Then again, I must give it to the women who look good with make up on their faces/skin. They are the smart ones who have figured out the art of mixing the colours and chemicals. I shall not elaborate the botched jobs. (think Boy George)

I digress now, to real work out in the gym. I think the injuries I sustained at skiing and snowboarding are beginning to show. The left knee is fine, except that it does feel a little wonky when I carry heavy things. The right ankle is a little weak and I don't seem to have very much strength on my right foot as a result and I can feel it when I wear heels, especially the high ones. Then again, I can still walk, run, cycle, blade...I'm not complaining. I had fun in those activities (ie, skiing and snowboarding) and it's not because I was walking up and down town (because it's the weekend or something) that I sustained those injuries. That, I suppose, helped make the injuries feel less of a pain.
And for your info sake, I'm *STILL* trying to lose weight and look fit. It's been ??! months/years. Stay tuned.

Maybe they are waiting for someone to appear in there and tell them that they are the "fairest of them all"? :)
