Gaaaah!!! I just feel so harrassed by work. Let's see - 2 sets of English test papers, 4 sets of Lit test papers & 1 set of EOA test papers. Wow! Am I superhuman or what? Oh, did I mention, I haven't and am not prepared for lessons for this week and the next. And yes, there's a major presentation for the East Zone schools and I am not prepared for it yet. I am reminded that the deadline for setting end-of-year exam papers is August.
Maybe I should just stop complaining and do my work. *yawn*
I bet no one ever visits this (or am I just innocent about how savvy people are these days to just pry into any blog that is online). If you are, 'HELLO!' from me.
I was looking through my cupboard for old school books when I came across my uni dissertation. I couldn't believe that I wrote ALL that stuff into 25 pages. I also found a draft of an essay assignment for some Crime Prevention module slotted into the dissertation. It made me really want to go back to study again. In fact, I did enjoy doing research and assignments. Yes, I'm insane but I loved doing all that. I don't purport to be an intelligent or a striaght-A person but I just love to learn. Period. And for heaven's sake, no, I am not a nerd either. I'm so sure I want to do my Masters and study again.
I just realised that Billy Joel's 'We Didn't Start the Fire' is an excellent song to teach kids the many personalities and events in the modern world. Found a web site that supports my point. Shall end this entry with the web site "We Didn't Start the Fire - The History Behind the Song"
