Island of Peanuts (Brains)

I'm getting sick of it. All day, the papers are talking about how much peanuts this one person received as the head of a charity. Now, they expose in the papers the people who head charities and make transparent how much peanuts they receive. For goodness sake, get over this and move on!

Indeed what this person did was appalling and this particular person ought to be shot or perhaps donate his private collection of gold toilet taps and gold toilet seats to the charities. There are so much things that are newsworthy but so much attention is given to peanuts that even Parliament is sitting in just for peanuts. Big issues like bombings in London, Egypt and elsewhere in the Middle East are too far, that's why not as much attention is given. Nobody knows about the debt and suffering of Third World countries - they don't ask if they are even producing enough peanuts for survival. Looks like it is more interesting to know how much peanuts are paid monthly or yearly into the bank accounts of heads of charities.

For crying out loud, I am paid peanuts for teaching a bunch of monkeys! Actually, I do like Peanuts.
