I just read in an article recently, that those people who sleep less than 8 hours a day are prone to be obese. Is that why I'm fat?!!So dearest Earthlings & beyond, if the numbers on the scales mean a lot to you, if your health means a lot to you, if looking good & feeling good means a lot to you....SLEEP!!
