I came across this on the BBC website which featured reknown photographer, Carl Warner's, works. This is from his series Foodscape. Remember everybody, eat healthily - your 5 a day portions, plenty of water. If at all possible, have as much fresh food as possible. Make your food from scratch and avoid processed and microwaveable meals. Fruits are important too. And don't forget to run 3 times a week for 45 min each time.
