It's nearly the middle of September and autumn should be showing up soon but it's still nice, sunny and dry in Leeds. This is what they call an Indian summer. Here are some pictures I took today - a nice sunny day, a day I really ought to enjoy after being stuck in the subwarden training programme for 2 days. Finally got my student ID and railcard..I'm all set to go.. WOO HOO!!

Sacrilegious! The old unused (small) church right by the campus has been converted to a nightclub, a bad one, I heard

This is where I dream (errmm..actually, I dream anywhere)
The Parkinsons Building that is synonomous with the University of Leeds

Kirkgate Market - the largest indoor market in Europe (I think)
This card is power and it fits nicely into the wallet :)
Young Persons Railcard - another power card for young people to travel cheaply on the rail network. The lady who saw my birthdate on the application form exclaimed, "1978?!"
